I provide counseling for adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and life's many transitions. Whether you're returning to work after being a stay-at-home parent, starting high school or college, becoming a parent, experiencing the loss of someone you love, or adjusting to a significant change in your health or circumstances, these milestones can bring both challenges and opportunities for growth. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence.
